Cooking
Now that I am back at home for a few months, I have been cooking a lot more. In fact I am the primary cook for the next couple of weeks. Last night I made Chili Verde and it turned out quite well. The night before last I made a Baked Ziti recipe, it also was quite good. Tomorrow I have big plans for a really good meal. For dinner I am planning to make Spinach and Ricotta-Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Lemony White Wine Sauce, and for dessert a Strawberry Panna Cotta. I am really looking forward to both making these recipes, as well as tasting them. Mmmmmm... Hopefully I will take pictures of the food and post them sometime this weekend.
