The last couple of days we spent at the "coast" in a town called Cayucos. It is right on the ocean and the house we stayed at was about a block from the beach. I led a retreat for our Children's Ministry Team and besides planning the event and delivering the majority of the training, I planned the meals and bought the food. It was a busy time and I'm tired and back home to rest. We had a great trip there and back with only a small glitch. On the way home as we were going to connect to Hwy 41 which takes us home, there was a big sign that said the road was closed due to fire. We took the detour which was almost an hour longer than the planned trip. We did get to see some countryside we haven't seen before. All in all it was a great time. Hopefully I'll have a couple of pictures to post.
