The phone is ringing off the hook!
As many of your know we have a toll-free number for our business. Quite often we get errant calls, but nothing like what started last week.
A company with a number similar to ours recently published 250,000 (that's 1/4 million!) catalogs and mailed them all over the U.S., but by mistake included our phone number on the cover and on every page inside the catalog. Now that people are starting to receive the catalogs we are getting bombarded with tons of calls - probably close to 100 today alone.
We have contacted the company, and they are trying to figure out a solution with us. Fortunately, they have motivation because without our cooperation they will lose lots of money.
Needless to say, we're tired of hearing the phone ring!
