Moritz Life

Well, it has only been 3 weeks of working for my internships, and I've already hit the required 150 hours to get credit for my internship through my University. If you are doing the math in your head, you are coming up with 50 hours per week. It's not as bad as it seems though. I am having a lot of fun doing this stuff. I get to a) drink a lot of tea b) learn a lot about tea, marketing, and managing and c) give people free stuff.

The other really nice thing I am finding with a full time job is that it is much more separated from my personal "life". With school I am supposed to be 100% focused on that all the time, whether it is going to classes or reading or doing homework. I guess it doesn't help that I live at school, which doesn't allow much separation. So 50 hours a week seems like a lot less than what I do for school.

So, moral of the story is that if you are in Edmonton this summer, come stop by the Whyte Avenue Cargo and James some time. I figured out that the best time to stop by to guarantee seeing me is somewhere between 12 and 3 Monday through Saturday.
