Phew!
Well, I finished my Applied Business Solutions class - completed a PowerPoint Presentation based on a Research paper that was due last Friday. I am waiting for my grades now.
Fortunately, I am taking the month of May off, to get our things packed and our boys settled in their new accommodations before leaving. I'm sure it will go quickly.
Once we arrive in Yakima I will take the next class in my program. I have organized the rest of my classes so that I will complete my degree at the end of June 2008 - 2 months earlier that I had anticipated. I will be doubling up a couple of times over the next year so that I can finish sooner. That means my graduation ceremony will be in the winter of 2008 (They'll give me my degree in June - just the ceremony in December) and I'm hoping my whole family can be there for it. I'm so excited! The plan is (hopefully) to take a cruise out of Florida - somewhere for a few days to celebrate. It will be a great time to just enjoy my success.
It's been hot here the last few days. Yesterday was 97 degrees (36 degrees celsius) and today's high was 93 degrees (~35 celsius). Tomorrow it will only go up to 90 degrees - you get the picture.
